Innova pickup at Varanasi, check-in and lunch stop, then the four-hour run to Ayodhya in the afternoon, ahead of the festival closures. Evening Saryu Aarti at Ram ki Paidi, an early dinner, and the Ayodhya night we arrange with your quote, because the festival starts before dawn and should not start with a highway drive.
Before dawn, the Saryu snan at Ram ki Paidi with your guide handling the ritual steps in your language. Hanuman Garhi first, by the city's own tradition, then the Ram Mandir darshan slot we have planned, travelling locker-light. At noon, the Surya Tilak from the big screens at Ram ki Paidi, with the whole city singing; the sanctum cannot hold the crowd at that moment and we do not pretend otherwise. Afternoon at Kanak Bhawan as the queues peak elsewhere; evening processions and Ram katha, then rest.
Morning drive back to Varanasi. Time for Kashi Vishwanath sugam darshan or the evening Ganga Aarti depending on your departure, then the Innova drops you at the airport or station. Extend a Kashi day at the same rate if you can.

₹12,500 per day for two guests covers the room with breakfast, the Innova, the guide and the arrangements: three days, ₹37,500 per couple. Add a Kashi day or a Prayagraj Sangam day: ₹12,500 per couple per day. Dinner on request; solo travellers and groups of three or more quoted on WhatsApp on the same model. Price and cancellation terms in writing before any advance. One thing money cannot buy on this trip, from us or anyone: paid VIP darshan at Ram Mandir. It does not exist, and around Ram Navami even the free special-aarti passes are suspended so every pilgrim queues equally. What you are buying is the plan.

- You cannot do a pre-dawn start and long standing queues. Ram Navami demands both. Tell us mobility honestly and we build the gentler version.
- You want the festival without the crowd. Ayodhya on Ram Navami is lakhs of pilgrims by design; for a quiet Ram Mandir visit, take the 4-day package on a normal date instead.
- You decide in the final fortnight. Festival rooms and slots are the scarcest inventory of the Ayodhya year.
Practical prep
Phones, cameras and bags are not allowed inside Ram Mandir; lockers operate near entry, and travelling light saves the queue twice. Carry ID for checkpoints. Mid-April is hot by mid-morning: covered head, water before the queue, shed-fast footwear. The snan needs a change of clothes and a small towel. Dress modestly throughout.

Policies for Ram Navami Ayodhya Package 2027: 3 Days, Snan & Surya Tilak
Please review the following policies carefully before confirming your yatra.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method. Force Majeure: If a tour is cancelled by Ayoredesigndhya Varanasi Guide due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, government restrictions, or vehicle breakdown), a 100% refund or an alternative date will be offered. Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any part of the sightseeing missed by the guest due to late arrival or personal choice during the tour.
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation slabs are as follows: 48 Hours or More before the tour: Full Refund of the advance amount (minus a small 5% processing fee/bank charges). 24 to 48 Hours before the tour: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded. Less than 24 Hours or No Show: No refund will be provided as the vehicle and driver are already blocked for your service. Peak Dates: For bookings during major festivals like Holi, Janmashtami, or Radha Ashtami, all advance payments are Non-Refundable due to extreme demand.
To provide competitive local pricing while maintaining high service standards, we follow a split-payment structure: Advance Deposit: A 50% advance payment of the total package cost is required to process the booking. Balance Amount: The remaining balance must be paid to the coordinator or driver upon arrival or at the start of the tour. Mode of Payment: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfers, and Cash. Exclusions: Please note that E-Rickshaw charges (for narrow lanes near Banke Bihari Temple), Guide fees, and Temple donations are typically not included in the package and should be paid directly in cash.
We want to ensure your spot is secured so you don't miss the divine Darshan timings. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the receipt of the initial advance payment. Voucher Issuance: Once the payment is verified, we will issue a Digital Confirmation Voucher via WhatsApp/Email containing your driver details, vehicle number, and reporting time. Reporting Time: For Same Day Tours, guests are expected to report at the designated pickup point (Hotel/Railway Station) at the scheduled time. A maximum waiting period of 30 minutes is allowed, after which the tour may be treated as a "No Show."
